Dylan is a qualified electrician with over 10 years of experience in the commercial building industry. His roles have encompassed undertaking large and small projects and managing teams to ensure successful project execution. Dylan has also served as Minor Works Manager and has extensive experience completing on-site works within the School and TAFE sectors. His deep understanding of project systems and processes makes him the ideal candidate to control and supervise all site activities for PMG projects. Natalie brings over 10 years of specialised experience in contracts administration and company accounting to Project M Group. Her unique expertise includes reviewing, creating, and implementing contractual obligations, ensuring all projects comply with legal and client requirements. As Head of Accounts, Natalie oversees all account transactions, including invoicing, payables, purchases, and general administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of back-office activities. Jon Manganaro brings over a decade of experience in organisational management, team leadership, and project delivery to Project M Group. As Director since August 2021, Jon oversees all aspects of the business, including budgeting, policy formulation, client relations, and operational efficiency. His extensive background includes directing roles at othe organisations has allowed him to hone his skills in managing both large and small-scale projects. Jon is dedicated to ensuring the successful execution of projects with a particular focus on educational environments, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout.
